Performance

• Changed the way girl's bodies are created
  • GirlManager has a new function called getGirlContainer that creates a complete image of the girl in a Phaser container
  • Girl's textures are layered in this order: body, face, clothes, anything extra
  • Dynamic avatars have been removed because of this
  • (Old art) Scarlett's default clothes had to be redrawn
